And, I can control myself, my thoughts, and what I focus on – in other words, my attention. I find it helpful to remember that there’s only so much I can control. How’s one to cope in this unprecedented and constantly changing environment? Virtual work is being mandated, trips, schools, and events are canceled, and deep worry is creeping in. As the world deals with a pandemic, we all find ourselves in a time of great uncertainty.
